English: Chancellor Konrad Stürzel von Buchheim (~1435-1509). B/W Detail of a stained glass window in the Stürzel chapel in the Freiburg Minster. Copy of Fritz Geiges according the original which was made in 1528 by the Ropstein manufactory according to outlines of Hans Baldung and which is today in the Augustinermuseum in Freiburg. Window inscription: CONRAT STÜRZEL VON BUOCHEIM ERBSCHENK DER LANTGROFSCHAFT ELLSES [Elsaß] RITTER DOCTOR R. K. M. [Roman Emperor] HOFKANTZLER UND SIN GEMACHEL FRAUW URSULA GEBORNE LOUCHERIN DENEN GOTT GENOD. ANNO XV UND IM FINFTEN. [1505]
Deutsch: Hofkanzler Konrad Stürzel von Buchheim (~1435-1509). S/W Ausschnitt eines farbigen Glasfensters in der Stürzel Kapelle im Freiburger Münster. Nachbildung von Fritz Geiges nach einem Original, das 1528 in der Ropstein-Werkstatt nach Entwürfen von Hans Baldung hergestellt wurde und sich heute im Augustinermuseum in Freiburg befindet.
