Description
Deutsch: Handels-Visitenkarte J. C. König & Ebhardt, um 1880. Englischsprachige Seite mit Vorder- und Rückansicht der ersten, 1874–76 neu errichteten Industriegebäude an der Schloßwender Straße. Von der später hier entlangführenden Pferdestrassenbahn ist in dieser Ansicht noch nichts zu sehen. Im Hintergrund das Welfenschloss beziehungsweise die Silhouette der alten Stadt Hannover. Von den abgebildeten zahlreichen Medaillen ist diejenige vom Gewerbe-Verein für das Königreich Hannover von 1849 (oben rechts) die älteste (in dieser geringen Auflösung leider nur undeutlich zu erkennen). Schon um 1880 warb die Firma mit ihren 3 Unternehmensbereichen Geschäftsbücherfabrik, Druckerei und Lithographie-Anstalt und empfahl sich mit dieser mehrfarbigen Geschäftskarte bereits international für den hochwertigen Druck von Aktien, anderen Wertpapieren und Geldscheinen. In den USA sind die Postkarten und Chromolithographien der englischen Firma Raphael Tuck & Sons am bekanntesten, die hier in Hannover gedruckt wurden.
English: Trade card J. C. KONIG & EBHARDT Hanover Germany, about 1880. English written side with the front and backside of the first 1874-76 new built industriel buildings at Schlosswender Strasse. In this views there is still nothing to see of the later here alongside guided horse trams. In the backside you see the Welfenschloss respectively the skyline of the old inner city of Hanover. From the numerous shown medals you see in the upper left corner the eldest one from the Trade Association of the Kingdom of Hanover from the year 1849 (unfortunately in this resolution only unclearely recognizable). Already about 1880 the enterprise advertised its 3 business divisions account book manufactors, printers and lithographers and recommended itself internationally with this multicolored trade card for the printing of company shares, other bonds and banknotes. In the USA postcards and chromolithographies of Raphael Tuck of Sons are well known which are printed here in Hanover.

Dans cette vue on ne peut pas encore rien voir du tramway au cheveaux qui, par la suite, va etre mener ici. En dessous on vois le Welfenschloss respectivement la silhouette de la ancienne ville d'Hanovre intérieure. Une des medailles nombreses lacelle est la plus ancienne de 1849 de l'Association Commercielle du Royaume d' Hanovre (dans cette résolution insignifiante domagement seulement reconnaissable obscur). Déjà environ 1880 cette entreprise a fait de la publicité pour sa 3 branches fabrication des livres de compte, imprimrie et lithographie. Avec cette carte multicoloré elle a tirée sa révérence à la typographie de haute qualité des actions, autres valeurs mobilières et billets de banque. Dans les États-Unis les cartes postale et les chromolithographies de la maison anglaise Raphael Tuck & Sons sont les plus connues qui sont imprimées ici à Hanovre
