"Nim Epffel, hacks klein, Thue dan Imbgerrehrlein, Negelein, Zucker, Musadnus, WeinberZibebebn gehackt feigen und gestossne Mandel (dazu) und reste zu vor die Epffel in ein wenig schmalz. Thu alles unterinander und fils in Krapffen wie sonst, doch daß der Teig lauter Eier sey; sind sie recht und gut"
