English: U.S. Marine Sgt. Timothy Winfrey, combat engineer with Combat Engineer Platoon, explains the course of action for the day to 1st Lt. Daniel Beebe, platoon commander with Combat Engineer Platoon, both with Task Force Koa Moana 16-4, during an Engineer Civil Assistance Project at a local clinic in Port Vila, Vanuatu, Oct. 26, 2016. Marines teamed up with the Vanuatu Mobility Force to renovate the clinic after it was degraded by Cyclone Pam last year. The Koa Moana exercise seeks to enhance senior leader engagements between allied and partner nations in the Pacific with a collective interest in relations and to discuss key aspects of operations, capability development and interoperability in the South Pacific.
