Summary[edit]

Description It would appear that the Kingsway Tunnel is undergoing some sort of building work, this may be 1930 or thereabouts when the tunnel was enlarged to accommodate double decker trams. The workmen are apparently waiting to collect their wages whilst a Holborn or Bow Street PC directs traffic.
