Protection Societies have sprung up in variousdirections. One of these was formed in the year1900 at Wolferton. The County Council, which pro-fesses to rule the district of the Norfolk coast on andnear which the Royal property lies, passed a bye-lawwhich was altogether excellent as far as it went.
