English: Reported road fatalities in Great Britain as a result of traffic collisions since 1926 when records began. The chart also shows some significant events relating to UK Speed limits, enforcement technology used and other events such as the opening of the The first major section of motorway, changes in regulations regarding the use of seat belts and the start of the 1997-2010 Labour administration. Data taken from Reported Road Casualties Great Britain reports 2008/9 - See table 2 and notes for table 2 in both cases. |
