Description
English: Ukraine 1918-1923, Kyiv type II violet trident overprint on 15 kopeks Russian Imperial stamps. Lower left part of sheet, mint. Introduced as temporary measure, rubber handstamps of which five were grouped together for overprinting sheets of kopek values. Since always the same five subtypes are joined together into multiple handstamps they have been designated as subtypes a,b,c,d, and e. [1] Signed Bulat BPP.
