Description
English: Everything looks under control in this great photo from '63. But in 1937 - US police found traffic was grinding to a halt for a most unusual reason:

The Charleville Times Friday 7 May 1937

NAKED GIRL CAUSE TRAFFIC JAM

Clad in nothing, and hiccoughing, a comely young blonde caused a traffic jam in Kansas City last month. Word reached the police station; eight cars raced to the scene, wraps were thrown round the speechlessly drunk girl and she was raced off to the nearest police cell.
