Deutsch: CIL 03, 05918. Aus der niedergelegten Nikolauskapelle nahe dem Kastell Pfünz im Altmühltal (Bayern) stammt ein Weihealtar, der ab 1809 als Stufe vor einem Pfünzer Haus lag. Er ist dem provinzialen, aus Illyrien stammenden Gott Sedatus gewidmet, und die Inschrift lautet:
Sedatus geweiht. Die I. Kohorte der Breuker hat nach einem Gelübde froh und mit Freuden ihr Gelübde eingelöst unter der Führung des Dekurios Julius Maximus. Das Photo zeigt einen Abguss im Kastell Pfünz. Das Original dieser Inschrift befindet sich heute im römischen Museum Augsburg.English: CIL 03, 05918. From the destroyed chapel of St. Nicholas, near the Roman fort Pfünz, Altmühltal, Bavaria/Germany, This is a consecration altar for the God Sedatus from Illyria.
The photo shows a cast in the castle of Pfünz. The original of this inscription is now in the Roman Museum Augsburg.
