Bound in half morocco and marbled board. Includes a separate map of the Americas after d'Anville and Pownall with inset maps of the United States, of Hudson's Bay area, and of Alaska. Also a separate map of Polynesia, showing Ulimaroa (Australia), New Guinea, New Zealand, Van Diemen's land (shown as a peninsula), explorers' routes are delineated and hand-colored, including the most recent ones of Cook's three voyages
