Dansk: Bygningen for enden minder om Sønderportsgade 37 set fra Gråbrødregade, og den høje lyse gavlbygning længst borte til venstre kan være Gråbrødregade 17. Ellers synes maleren at have tilladt sig en betydelig "kunstnerisk frihed". Den gule bygning til venstre kan være Gråbrødregade 9, før den i 1846 blev forhøjet.
