Español: Jesús Diamantino (Santiago 1985) es un escritor y académico chileno, editor de Cuentos chilenos de terror, misterio y fantasía (2015) y Rutas inciertas. Nuevos cuentos chilenos de terror, misterio y fantasía (2017), ambos de Editorial Cuarto Propio; compilador y editor de la antología Monstruos Chilenos. Cuentos fantásticos y de terror (Ediciones Biblioteca Nacional, 2019), autor de Horrores. Cuentos extraños y perturbadores (Cuarto Propio, 2021) y autor y antologador del libro El Legado del monstruo. Relatos de terror (2018) de editorial Zig-Zag.
Diamantino ejerce actualmente como docente universitario e investigador en la universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Es doctor en literatura por la Universidad de Chile y magíster en letras por la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Además es miembro del Grupo de Estudios sobre lo Fantástico (GEF) de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona y del Grupo de Estudios Literarios y Comparados de lo Insólito y Perspectivas de Género (GEIG) de la Universidad de León. Además se desempeña como crítico de la red de prensa biobiochile.cl, ha sido expositor en el congreso Visiones sobre lo fantástico y como coordinador del monográfico “El universo fantástico de H. P. Lovecraft”, de la prestigiosa revista Brumal, en donde también ha publicado el texto “H. P. Lovecraft, edición anotada (ed.), Leslie S. Klinger, Akal, Madrid, 2017”. |
