Description
English: Still of actress Jean Ferguson for the Broadway production of The Merry Widow in 1921, on page 23 of the January 1922 The Tatler. The caption states that she is wearing a Grecian gown designed by Peggy Hoyt made of thistle covered with Salome velvet and lined with silver, with a key of rhinestones around the bodice and skirt, with the waistline defined by medallions of amethysts. Text was removed from right of the image.
