Description
Deutsch: Streckengleis der Thüringerwaldbahn Richtung Tabarz, die Wegübergangssicherungsanlage der Bauform HS 64b wird von der Deutschen Bahn unterhalten, sie ist jedoch auch für die Straßenbahnstrecke nach Tabarz zuständig. Das Überwachungssignal steht kurz vor dem Überweg, weil die Planzüge ohnehin generell hier halten. Kennlichter wären nach heutigen Vorschriftenstand nicht erforderlich, zur Bauzeit der Anlage war das jedoch anders.
Weil die Straßenbahnzüge nachfahren dürfen, erfolgt die Grundstellung der Anlage mit der Ausschaltung, Einschaltungen auf den Gegeneinschaltkontakten werden durch kurz davor eingebaute Unwirksamkeitskontakte verhindert. Der Triebwagenführer eines nachfahrenden Zuges muss die Anlage mit Hilfe der Schließtaste einschalten, wenn sie vorm vorausfahrenden Zug ausgeschaltet worden ist.
