1 respectively as aforesaid Except the Severall and respective Rent(s) in these present mentioned and to us our heires and Successors reseyved

2 and made payable in Manner aforementioned out of the respective servisses And further of our speciall Grace certain knowledge

3 and meere motion by and with the advice and Counsent aforesaid and in pursuance of our aforesaid letters Wee doe by these p(re)sent

4 for us our heires and Successors grant unto the said Robert Ayleway Eneas Saly and John Cusack their heires and assigned respectively

5 That these our letters patent or the Inrollment of them shall bee in all and every thing and thing firme good valid sufficient and

6 Effectuall in the law unto them the said Robert Ayleway Eneas Saly and John Cusack their heires and assigned respectively against

7 us our heires and Successors to all Intent and purposes whatsoever as well in all our Court(es) within our Said kingdome of Ireland

8 as elsewhere wheresoever according to the purport and Tenor of our aforesaid letters without any further Confirmation lycence

9 or Tolleration from us our heires or Successors by them the Said Robert Ayleway Eneas Saly and Jon Cusack their heires or Assigned

10 respectively to be had procured or obtained And also that these our letters Patent and all and Singular the [detaled?] and

11 Claused therein Contained and Specifyed as well in Sente Intent(i)on and meaning as in word Shall bee Construed and Interpreted

12 to the best advantage benefitt and behooff of them the said Robert Ayleway Eneas Saly and John Cusack their heires and assigned

13 respectively as well in all the Court(es) of us our heires and Successors within our Said Kingdome of Ireland as elsewhere wheresoever

14 according to the purport and Tenor of our aforesaid letters and Shall also [{text erased}] bee Construed and Interpreted in as favour-

15 -able benigne and gratious manner and form as they may bee for the benefitt of them the said Robert Ayleway Eneas

16 Saly and John Cusack their heires and assigned respectively without any object(i)on or Except(i)on whatsoever Notwith-

17 -standing the not nameing or illnameing illreciteing or not reciteing in these present(es) of the Premisses Many part

18 or Parcell thereof or the County Barony Parish or Place . wherein the premisses or any Part thereof doe lye And Notwith-

19 -standing that of the names of the ffarmers Tenant(es) occupyers or former proprietors of the premisses or any part thereof

20 there is not any true or certaine mention [{word erased}] made in these our letters patent And Notwithstanding any Defect

21 in the Certainty Computat(i)on or Declarat(i)on of the true yearly vallue or Quantity of the premisses or any part thereof

22 or in not nameing or not reciteing the nature kind quality or quantity of the premisses or any part thereof And

23 Notwithstanding the not finding or ill finding or not returning or ill returning of any Office or Offices Inquisition

24 or Inquisitions of the p(re)misses or any part of parcell thereof by which our Tytle should have been found before the makeing of

25 these our letters patent And Notwithstanding the not recytall or misrecytall of any former Guift Grant Demise lease

26 or Custodiam made of the premisses or any part thereof And Notwithstanding the not recytall or misrecytall of

27 our Right Tytle or Interest in or to the premisses or any part thereof or any other Cause matter or Defect whatsoever to

28 the Enervat(i)on Evacuation or Annihilat(i)on of these our letters patent Provided alwaise that these our letters

29 patent be Inrolled in the Rolls of our High Court of Chancery in our said kingdome of Ireland within the space of

30 Six Months next Ensueing the Date of these our letters ^patent Although noe Expresse ^menc(i)on be made of the true yearly vallue

31 or Certainty of the p(re)misses or of any Guift(es) or Grant heretofore made by us or any of our progenitors to them the

32 said Robert Ayleway Esquire Eneas Saly and John Cusack of the premisses in these p(re)sent(es) any Statute [??] Ordinance

33 Provision or restrac(i)on or any other Cause matter or thing whatsoever to the Contrary hereof in anywise Notwithstanding
