Description

Finalmente he conseguido capturar un objeto artificial en el cielo de noche. Se trata del Iridium 34, del conjunto de satélites de comunicaciones Iridium. Dejan una estela característica, reflejando la luz del Sol, siendo así visibles desde la zona del mundo donde ya es de noche.

Según la web heavens-above.com la predicción para Cádiz era hoy 13 de junio de 2013 a las 00:13:50 a 19° de altitud y a 253° (WSW) alcanzando -6.6 de magnitud (de los más potentes visualmente).

El único problema es que le he puesto solo 10 segundos de exposición y me he quedado corto, porque la estela continuó unos segundos más hacia la derecha hasta que desapareció.

Estos satélites suelen ser visibles varias veces por semana y no era la primera vez que los observaba, pero esta ha sido la primera vez que he fotografiado uno.
