Dr. M. O. B. NEVILLE, L.R.C.P., Edin. Medical Officer of Health, says, Nov. 1st, 1890 :—

I am satisfied by its support of back and shoulders, that it is a material help to expanding the chest."

"Mrs. WELDON'S FASHION JOURNAL," says July '90:—

It renders a corset what it should be, comfort, and support to the wearer, strengthening the spine, expanding the chest, and giving necessary support without tight lacing or undue pressure."
