Inocybe pusio P. Karst.
The fungi was growing in mixed woods of madrone, Live Coastal Oak and Douglas Fir. Its caps were up to 3.6 cm across. Younger fbs show tints of violet on gills and upper stipe. Spores ~ 9.0-11.0 X 4.3-5.5 microns, elongate to cylindrical, and smooth. Its odor was mild.
