Température maximale : 250 °C ; cet appareil n'est pas un four, puisque cette température est inférieure à 400 °C.
Puissance du brûleur au gaz naturel : 300 kW.
Volume utile : 6x4x2,6 m³, soit 62,4 m³.
Épaisseur de l'isolant thermique : 150 mm.

Type d'isolant thermique : laine de roche.
