Description
Deutsch: Die Nighoj Potholes im indischen Bundesstaat Maharashtra wurden durch Wassererosion geschaffen. Es handelt sich um Strudellöcher (Kolke), die häufig zusammengewachsen sind und eine schwamm- oder käseartige Lochstruktur bilden.
English: The Nighoj Potholes in the Indian state of Maharashtra were made by water erosion. The geological phenomenon is called kolk (colc) caused by vortices. These kolks grow together building a sponge or cheese like structure.
