Description
English: "This attractive gown for a girl is of pongee. The trimming consists of a band of turquoise blue set and stitched between two stitched bands of pongee. The flounces are headed with pinched tucks. The sleeve is finished with a fluff of lace. The yoke and collar are of embroidered lawn.

The baby's dress is made up of sections of nainsook hemstitched to allover embroidery. The box plaits of nainsook are left with slits through which is drawn a ribbon belt, knotted in a broad bow at the back."
