| Description |
English: Imperial War Museum, Duxford Taken from a DH Dragon Rapide on approach to the airfield. The large building on the right is AirSpace, a major exhibition of British and Commonwealth aircraft and aviation. The curved building on the left is the American Air Museum, an equally spectacular display of American aviation - which also serves as a memorial to the 30,000 American airmen who lost their lives flying from British bases during WW II. |
