Summary

[edit]
Description

Some selfish lowlife tried to steal Queen Babs' Sea yarn bomb, and if not for the fact she had worried about it in this spot and secured it well, by sewing the seam well and weaving in the yarn several times around the top to strengthen it and making solid knots along the way, they may well have succeeded. They had obviously tried hard to have stretched the yarn this much, and some of the strands had broken, but it had held. Hopefully they hurt themselves in their thieving endeavour.

If it's still there tomorrow, she will go to repair it and reinforce it some more. Perhaps some thin beading wire to weave into the top and bottom several times around to make it harder to cut with scissors should they try that, and maybe some spray adhesive to help keep it up high, not that it will hold much. Maybe there is a glue that will hold the top edge onto the pole at the top well enough to deter thieves along with the other measures.
