Summary[edit]

Description
English: Scheharazade, the heroine of the Thousand and One Nights. The illustrator for the Hodder and Stoughton 1907 limited edition of Stories from The Arabian nights was Edmund Dulac. Dulac (1882-1953) was born in France, but most of his creative work was carried out in England. He is best known as an illustrator of gift books and children’s books.
