Graphic complaining that English "Iesus" became "Jesus" when "I" and "J" were separated into two distinct letters, beginning in the 17th century (before that time, "I" and "J" were mere graphic variants of the same letter, as were "U" and "V"). The image author may not realize that in the 16th century and early 17th century, English "I" at the beginning of a word before a vowel was most often pronounced [dʒ] (i.e. with exactly the same sound as the "J" in modern "Jesus")...
