Description
English: Freshly metamorphosized European Tree Frog (Hyla arborea); ~ first day on land. The juvenile specimen, around 10 mm long, still looks a little "fishy" and "unfinished".
Deutsch: Frisch metamorphosierter Laubfrosch (Hyla arborea); im unmittelbaren Uferbewuchs ca. am ersten Tag seines Landganges. Noch wirkt das ca. 10 mm lange Jungtier etwas "fischartig" und "unfertig". Die typische Froschgestalt wird sich in den Folgetagen weiter ausprägen. Die Haftscheiben an den Fingern und Zehen sind aber bereits funktionstüchtig.
