Español: En Semana Santa, las humintas son una de las comidas tradicionales. En casa, utilizamos un batán para moler el maíz, así son más deliciosas. Una mitad se prepara con ají y queso, y la otra mitad con pasas. Se envuelven en chalas y se cuecen al vapor. |
