Українська: Змодельована повнорозмірна структура тирозил-тРНК синтетази людини. Основною функцією тирозил-тРНК синтетази є каталіз високоспецифічного приєднання L-тирозину до відповідної тРНК. Конформаційний стан відповідає 100 нс часу однієї з траєкторій молекулярної динаміки. По центру візуалізована молекулярна поверхня N-кінцевих модулів (входять до складу каталітичні та антикодонзв’язуючі домени). Некаталітичні С-кінцеві модулі, що формують контакти з N-кінцевими, відображені у вигляді вторинних елементів (альфа-спіралі та бета-структури). Неструктуровані ділянки відображені у вигляді “ниток”. Візуалізацію виконано в VMD (Tachyon, AO). Результати наукової роботи за темою опубліковані в публікації Savytskyi et al., 2013 (DOI: 10.1002/jmr.2259).
