Français : Lettre d'un Français de Hué par avion pour la France, constituée par un ancien entier postal "Pétain", affranchie en timbres de la VNDCCH à 3d70, oblitérée Saigon 10/4/46.
La lettre a été remise par la liaison franco-vietnamienne aux militaires français présents à Hué qui l'ont fait acheminer jusqu'à Saïgon. Le tarif a vraisemblablement été calculé sur la base du tarif de métropole pour une lettre de 25 à 30g soit LDI : 4F (tarif du 1/1/46) + 6x10F/5g (tarif du 18/3/46) soit un total de 64F ou 3$76 (1$ = 17F taux de décembre 1945). En vertu de cet accord quelques militaires français assurent la sécurité à Nam-Dinh conjointement avec les militaires de la VNDCCH. Une annexe du B.P.M.411 y est installée. On ne connaît pas de cachet postal particulier pour cette annexe. Cette annexe sera remplacée par une annexe du BPM 403 en juillet 1946. En 1947 elle aura un cachet double cercle «B.P.M. 403 / * ANNEXE DE NAM-DINH * », vu en juillet. 4 AVRIL 1946 : Décision accordant la franchise postale aux militaires d'Indochine rapatriés sanitaires. Rapatriés Sanitaires Lettre en franchise d'un rapatrié sanitaire en convalescence en Allemagne dans la maison de repos "LIBERATION" avec authentification par le médecin-chef, oblitérée "POSTE AUX ARMEES" 18/6/52 et référence à la décision ministérielle du 4/4/46. |
