Summary[edit]

Description
English: This GIF animation created by Damian Yerrick contains four public domain photographs,

originally made for the article Perspective distortion, which depict the same scene photographed with lenses of different focal lengths:

  1. File:Sameframe 100mm f8.jpg
  2. File:Sameframe 70mm f8.jpg
  3. File:Sameframe 50mm f8.jpg
  4. File:Sameframe 28mm f8.jpg

shown in the order 1, pause, 2, 3, 4, pause, 3, 2, repeat. The animation demonstrates a crude Hitchcock zoom. Notice the distortion of the depth of the sculpture in the foreground

and the relationship between the sculpture and the buildings in the background.
