| Description |
English: Mawa ghat is a place beside Padma Bridge in Bangladesh. There are lots of Bengali restaurants that are serving a special dish called Hilsha fish fry and eggplant fry in the same oil, where the fish are fried. Eggplant absorbs the flower from the oil and creates a unique test.
বাংলা: পদ্মা সেতুর পাশে মাওয়া ঘাটে, যেখানে আগে দক্ষিণঙ্গের মানুষেরা লঞ্চ স্টিমারে করে পদ্মা সেতু পারি দিত তার পাশে অনেকগুলো বাংলা খাবারের দোকান হয়েছে। সেখানে ইলিশ মাছের ভাজা আর মাছ ভাজার তেলে বেগুন ভাজা পাওয়া যায়। মাছের তেলে ভাজার কারনে বেগুন ভাজার স্বাদ অনেক ভাল লাগে। |
