Description |
English: Ernest A. Fabi (1876-1939) was a well-known Seattle gardener and landscape architect. He used his home and yard with wife Jennie A (Backe) Fabi (1884-) on Queen Anne Hill to display his many unique species of flowers and trees. There are magnolia trees planted in his honor at the Washington State Arboretum. This image was taken of Jennie Fabi (right) and her friend Olga Gould (1882-1966), as Herbert Milton Gould, Jr (1906-1992) peeks out at them from behind a boat.
