In het midden de zon, met daaromheen de banen van de planeten en de aarde om de zon. Om Jupiter heen zijn vier manen te zien, die in 1610 door Galileo Galilei ontdekt zijn. In de buitenste ring de dierenriem. De kaart is voorzien van een gradenverdeling langs de randen. Links- en rechtsboven de titelcartouches. Links- en rechtsonder een voorstelling met zittende cartograaf, die waarschijnlijk Nicolaas Copernicus en Aristarchus van Samos voorstellen. Rechtsonder genummerd: 4.
