Description
English: In 1988 the shareholders decided to dissolve the twin structure. The accident specialist Helvetia Unfall had to change its name and chose the name Elvia, while the fire insurer Helvetia Feuer became Helvetia Insurance.
Deutsch: 1988 beschliessen die Aktionäre die Auflösung der Zwillingsstruktur. Die Helvetia Unfall muss sich umfirmieren und wählt den Namen Elvia, aus der Helvetia Feuer wird die Helvetia Versicherungen.
Français : En 1988, les actionnaires décident de séparer les deux entreprises. Helvetia Accidents doit alors changer de raison sociale et choisit le nom d’«Elvia». Helvetia Incendie devient quant à elle «Helvetia Assurances».
