Deutsch: Annähernd lebensgroße Darstellung eines stehenden weiblichen Aktes, die ihr Gesicht in einem Handspiegel betrachtet.
  • Das Werk ist eine Version seines Gemäldes aus der 1872–1879 geschaffenen Folge „Die fünf Sinne“, die sich seit 1901 im Museum Belvedere in Vienna befindet. Bei dieser Version konzentrierte sich Makart auf die Figur selbst und ließ die Parkstaffage im oberen Teil der Belvedere-Fassung weg.
