Des lettres pour, de, ou transitant par, Hà-Nôi portent un cachet spécifique de transmission des lettres à la censure «HANOI RP BIS» de mars 1940 à mars 44, «HANOI BIS» de juillet 1942 à avril 1944, (avec de nombreuses variantes en particulier selon le graphisme de BIS / Bis / bis / Bis" / BIS etc..).

Quelques unes des variantes du cachet de service indiquant la transmission à la censure de Hà-Nôi.
