The lighthouse on the right is Blankenese Low Lighthouse (Leuchtturm Unterfeuer Blankenese). The ship is the Sophia Soraya. In the background left one can spot the river island Neßsand, which forms part of the nature reserve (Naturschutzgebiet, NSG) Mühlenberger Loch/Neßsand.
Deutsch: Blick vom Ufer westwärts über die Unterelbe in Blankenese, Bezirk Altona, Stadtteil von Hamburg, Deutschland. Der Leuchtturm rechts ist das Unterfeuer Blankenese. Das Schiff ist die Sophia Soraya. Im Bildhintergrund links ist die Binneninsel Neßsand zu erkennen. Sie gehört zum Naturschutzgebiet (NSG) Mühlenberger Loch/Neßsand. Da sich auf Neßsand die Grenzen der Bundesländer Hamburg, Niedersachsen und Schleswig-Holstein treffen, ist das NSG bundesländerübergreifend.
