Deutsch: Orgel der Stadtpfarrkirche in der Salzburger Stadtgemeinde Hallein.
Die sogenannte „Gruber-Orgel“ wurde vermutlich 1704 von dem Orgelbauer Christoph Egedacher mit dem Halleiner Tischler Jacob Daigl gefertigt. Nachdem sie mehrmals umgebaut bzw. erneuert wurde, erfolgte 2018 durch Rieger Orgelbau ein gänzlicher Neubau (feierliche Segnung am 25. Nov.), wobei das originale Orgelgehäuse wiederverwendet wurde. Die neue Orgel hat 30 Register auf zwei Manualen und Pedal: [1]. Da Franz Xaver Gruber, der Komponist von Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht jahrzehntelang Organist der Stadtpfarrkirche war, wird die Orgel seit 1963 (in diesem Jahr erfolgte ein Neubau) auch als „Gruber-Orgel“ bezeichnet. Das Bild im Prospekt der Orgel zeigt die hl. Cäcilia von Rom mit Engeln. Das Rundbild wurde nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg dort angebracht, wo es vorher ein Zifferblatt der Orgeluhr gab. Mit dem großen Brand 1943 wurde auch die Uhr zerstört und damit das Zifferblatt funktionslos. English: Organ of the parish church in Hallein, Austria. |
