Description
English: Both these ships are from Germany

REGINA-GERMANIA - Built in 1984, Height - 16.22 m (53.2ft), Length - 13.7 m (45ft)

Regina-Germania was built in 1980 in Hamburg, Germany. Her hull is made of steel and once the outside of the vessel was complete, the owner fitted out the interior taking four years to do so. She was completed and launched in 1984 and since 1991 has regularly taken part in The Tall Ships Races. She sails with a crew of six including the captain.

PETER VON DANZIG - Built in 1992, Height - 23.74 m (77.9ft), Length - 16.90 m (55.45ft)

It is a 16.8 m (55ft) sloop and built in Emden, Germany. In 1992 it started his life making his maiden voyage across the Atlantic during the Columbus Race’ 92.
