One of the features of this society is the Phrenaskia, the society paper,while the event of the year is the reunion which calls the ex-members backfor at least a day; thus yearly renewing the sacred memories which evercling to their Ab7ia Mater. The society is to be congratulated on having erected.a very imposinggymnasium near the College, and it may before long add to this a hall forbetter literary accommodations. To the members of the Eunomian are offered the Hicks prize for thebest declamation, and the .Battin prize for the greatest improvement inparliamentary ruling. The members of the Delphic compete for the Delphic Oratorical prizesand the Ponder Oratorical prize. Also, the Underwood prize is offered tothe under-classman making the greatest improvement in debate duringthe year. Another interesting feature of this society is the Delphic Oracle, whichis edited by the members, and read monthly before the society. 44
