Description
English: In this image a group of officers pose on the deck of SS DAMASCUS. In the front row, holding the lifebuoy is Captain McKilliam. The photograph is part of the McKilliam family collection which includes material from several McKilliam family members. The majority of the collection relates to Captain Robert Basil Vincent McKilliam's working life as an apprentice, a mate, and then captain - much of which was with the Aberdeen White Star line.
