Description
English: How to turn power off on distribution substation - before workers may start to do thier work, earthing knifes must be launched into the ground. But lot of accidents happened after completing work, when foreman turned power on but not all of workers have left distribution substation; also you can get lot of stories from different electrical companies about suicide done by foremans due to mistaken turning power on while people have been working inside. So, working on distribution substation is very danger and nervous if you campare it with receptacle or circuit breaker wiring.
  • Picture describes common way of working, cause Europe uses 3 hot wires, but America uses 2 hot wires, so here are commonly shown way of disenergizing.
