Description
English: Greenwich

A view of the Royal Naval College from the west side of the Isle of Dogs (i.e. the north-west), with a large passenger paddle-steamer coming upriver, a small boat in the foreground, and Thames barges to the far left. There are a lighter and a tug beyond the bow of the steamer, roughly on the line where the Ship Tavern and 1902 cupola of the Greenwich foot tunnel ought to be, but the waterfront area there is incomplete so it is hard to date the drawing from its content.
