Objekt war bis 2015 als Baudenkmal ausgewiesen. Deutsch: Groß Nordende (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 19 a – Ehem. Backhaus und Altenteil vom Hof Münster (Hof 14) – Foto 1996
– Das Haus wurde als Backhaus mit Einliegerwohnung errichtet. Es diente als Altenteil des ehemaligen Hofs Münster (Hof 14 nach Erdbuch von 1791). Das Haus ist ein Vierständerbau von 4 Fach mit Längsdiele. Auf beiden Seiten sind die Giebel voll verschalt. Im Wirtschaftsteil gab es ursprünglich einige Ställe, im Wohnteil eine kleine unterkellerte Stube. Die Backstube lag neben der Diele im Wirtschaftsteil und diente zugleich als Waschküche. – Als ältester Besitzer des Hofs 14 konnte 1590 Johann Tho Sethe festgestellt werden. Es folgten die Familien von Allwörden, Vicke und ab1695 Koopmann. 1748 ist Jakob Niehus als Ehenachfolger eingetragen. – Ab 1754 folgte die Familie Münster, die den Hof über viele Generationen bewirtschaftete. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg parzellierte Peter Münster den Hof und verkaufte alles. Das Haupthaus des Hofs existiert nicht mehr, es ist abgebrannt. Es gibt aber noch das abgebildete Backhaus mit Einliegewohnung und das neue villenartige Altenteilhaus von 1911.
