Glanusk Bridge and Lodge, Powys

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Glanusk Bridge and Tower spanning the River Usk on the Glanusk Estate (about 2.5 km west of Crickhowell). The bridge and tower, which gave access to were built in 1836, probably by Robert Lugar to provide access to Penmyarth Park which was incorporated into Glanusk Park in 1836. The bridge and the tower have been given separate listed building identifiers by Cadw.
Cymraeg: Pont a Thŵr Glanusk sy'n rhychwantu Afon Wysg ar Ystâd Glanusk (tua 2.5 km i'r gorllewin o Crucywel. Adeiladwyd y bont a'r twr, a roddodd fynediad iddi ym 1836, yn ôl pob tebyg gan Robert Lugar i ddarparu mynediad i Barc Penmyarth a ymgorfforwyd ym Mharc Glanusk ym 1836. Mae'r gadwyn a'r twr wedi cael dynodwyr adeiladau rhestredig ar wahân gan Cadw.
