| Description |
Français : Gilbert Lemelle, né en 1929, fils d'un petit charcutier aubois, travailla à son compte dès1948. Il développa une entreprise importante de charcuterie à Troyes, à partir de 1976. Particulièrement spécialisée dans la fabrication d'andouillettes, notamment de "Véritables andouillettes de Troyes", elle fait partie du groupe que dirigent les fils de Gilbert, Dominique et Benoît. (Photo prise en 2000 lors d'un buffet gastronomique, recadrée). |
