Centsprent met 2 x 2 houtsneden, voorstellend de overgave van Varna aan de Russen in 1828 en de verovering van de vesting Turnal in 1829. De onderste rij laat een gevecht tussen Russen en Polen zien; het begin van de opstand en een gevecht tussen Poolse lansiers en Russen. Gedetailleerde afbeeldingen met veel strijdgewoel. Bevat eenregelige onderschriften in Nederlands en Frans.
