Description
English: Sgt. Maj. Brian Card speaks with the crew chief of an Air Force C-130 on Pope Air Force Base, May 25. The paratroopers boarding this C-130 are part of a task force of Army Reserve paratroopers with the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Command (Airborne) heading to Normandy, France to participate in Operation Air Drop Normandy. USACAPOC(A) is the only airborne command in the U.S. Army Reserve and has the capability and requirement to be able to respond to any global contingency operation in support of conventional and unconventional forces.
