English: Gertie Millar, stage actress. From the back: May 20, 1908. From the Gillians Press Syndicate. Miss Gertie Millar, star actress in the Gaiety Theatre London, and a favorite for several years with the Johnnie's who will shortly pay her first visit to this country appearing in the gaiety play "Girls of Gottenberg." Miss Millar occupies the same position at the gaiety as a dainty musical comedy artiste as Mlle. Adeline Genee, who is about to close an engagement in New York, occupies as danseuse at the Empire. She has created all the start parts in the gairty musical pieces for the last three years, and on her return from New York, she is to reappear there in a musical play now being written for her.
